This
is a Golf Course Superintendents
Association of America
publication. I began writing for
them in the early 1980's and had
several articles and some cover
shots including these two. The
April 1984 issue (shown right)
featured this photo taken at the
Industry Hills courses in
Industry Hills, CA. The article
was about the use of reclaimed
water on the course for
irrigation.
The
July 1988 cover (below) is a shot
of Hacienda Golf Club in La Habra
Heights. The article was about
the grasses and the aerification
techniques being used on the
course.
